Sales Agreement/Health Guarantee

This is our sales agree ment.Please be sure to read it when purchasing one of our kittens/cats.

This is what you are agreeing to:

We make every effort to provide a healthy,happy,well socialized kitten/cat at time of sale.The buyer [you] have a 72 hour window in which you are urged to have your kitten/cat checked by a licensed veterinarian.[Please text me the results].This will enter you into our 12 month congentital guarantee.We are not responsible for any vet bills you may incur.

If the veterinarian finds a life threatening defect [i.e.heart,liver or kidney] we will exchange the kitten/cat for a kitten/cat of similar quality and sex,when one becomes available.[I am a small breeder,so kittens/cats are not always available].No cash refunds will ever be made.

Conditions that are treatable are not guaranteed.They can be,but not limited to;worms,coccidiosis,giardia,and feline viriuses.

This kitten/cat is not guranteed to be show or breeding quality.If you pay for rights,that gives you rights,but all mine are sold as pet quality.I can give you an what I think,but there are no guarantees.

Pictures-Taking pictures can be alot like herding cats ,oh I guess it is herding cats! We do our best to take pictures every 2 weeks,but sometimes life gets in the way.They don't change much week to week,but you will see a difference in 2 week pictures.I really am concentrating on the day to day care of your kitten.

Your kitten will be on Purina One Plus dry food,Fancy Feast kitten canned food,Nuvet cat vitamins and homecanned chicken.They go home with these foods.

Proof of genetic disorders be proven by the follo wing steps.

1. We must be sent a copy of ALL treatment that has been done to  the kitten.

2. Must be proven by more than one licensed veterinarian. One of which is NOT your regular veterinarian.

3. We will need certified letters from BOTH 

veterinarians.

  The disorder must be life threatening to guarantee a replacement kitten. If it is something the kitten can live a normal life with, it is not guaranteed. We are NOT responsible for any veterinary bills you may incur.

If you choose to return a kitten due to findings by your veterinarian the following will be done upon the return.

The kitten will be examined by 2 veterinarians, one of which is not our regular vet.

If the findings are conclusive, we contact you  with what action will be taken.There will never be a cash refund ,only a replacement of  a kitten of similar quality and gender.

If a replacement kitten is the outcome ,YOU are responsible for ALL shipping costs.

This contract is null and void if all the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. You agree not to harass or slander the breeder in any way or statements on any internet platforms.You agree not to post negative reviews.

If for any reason you cannot provide a loving home for this kitten , we ask that you contact us first.This kitten is NEVER to be euthanized or placed in a shelter or rescue of ANY kind or any "unwanted animal" organization. This kitten  is not to be sold, traded,  or given away without the consent of the breeder. We enjoy seeing pictures of the kittens we have bred,  you agree that an photos can be used in advertiments,etc.

By taking ownership of this kitten, you agree to abide by this agreement. Please keep in mind kittens are not Toys and must be treated as such.
